One of the most outrageous characters from long-running radio soap The Archers is coming to Whitstable.

Often called 'raunchy', it is fair to say Lilian Bellamy, played by Sunny Ormonde, has kept Radio 4 listeners gripped and entertained with her antics.

Sunny has been playing one of the listeners' most favourite characters for thirteen years and next month she is promising to life the lid on Lilian when she makes her debut at the Playhouse Theatre in Oxford Street.

In the show in October 19, as well as the lowdown on the world's longest running soap, Sunny will also perform segments from Shirley Valentine, Under Milk Wood and will be offering the audience a question and answer session.

Sunny will also give away a signed Archers script to the person who asks the most original Archers question.
